I know but what about my status? Am I on the waiting list? Some friends received acceptances and some received rejections but I am still standing in the fuzzy space in between!

Probably bad news my friend.

Check the results page, a lot of acceptances have been sent.

Well nobody knows about your status except the admissions committees of the schools you applied to. I think one hint would be to look at when your schools do admit visit days. Most schools give you a reasonable amount of time (3+ weeks) to plan your travel arrangements. If your visit days are very soon, it's very likely that you've been rejected (or at best, waitlisted.)

I have heard UIUC will have all decisions out by tomorrow, but they have been rolling out since February (I received mine last week). Berkeley sent out their admits in the beginning of February.

UT Austin I believe has sent out most if not all offers.

Same with UMich, and it seems they're starting to send out Master admits to the Ph.D. applicants. I know not all offers have been made, but if you haven't been contacted by them informing you of a status update, it's likely you didn't make it.

It's possible that you have been waitlisted, and they are waiting for some admitted students to reject the offer before they make a  decision, but don't get your hopes up.

Rejected from Illinois...good way to wake up from a short nap ...your nerves are calm and you see the rejection and you just sit there and stare aimlessly at the keyboard...damn it...gearing up and going to the american football practice
