I'm seeking perspectives on the PhD programs in Health Policy and Management at Hopkins and Harvard; specifically within the bioethics track (Hopkins) and ethics track (Harvard). Each school and faculty is fantastic; that is indisputable. I'm curious as to any perspectives on differentiating factors between them - anything you know of from primary or secondary experience, big or small.

Thank you to those who can offer some thoughts.
