Tilburg or Washington State University

Hi guys, I need some decision help here, I would so appreciate if you can give me some suggestions.

About one month ago, I received Operations Management PhD offer from Washington State University. They offered me enough monthly stipend and tuition waiver for 4 years. But, two days ago, I was accepted to Tilburg's Accounting Research Master program. Besides, I was offered CentER scholarship, which covers most of my tuition fee and 420 euro/month stipend during the two-year master program.

Now, I am facing the selection problem. As you know, Tilburg is one of the top universities in Business, especially in Accounting.They have a very good placement history, which is much better than WSU. But they can't guarantee to the PhD admission after I finish my master study, though the Professor told me that I have a strong background and my chance will be much larger than 50%. Besides he guaranteed that he could find additional funding to supplement my scholarship in the second year.

About WSU, it is an ordinary school that ranked between 50-100 in Business of US. The professor is very nice to me. 

Speaking about the field, I want to study Accounting more than OM. And I want to do research and teach in universities in future. If I can placed in US, it will be very good. Besides, my friends told me that I would have more chances in US.

So, this is my situation now, any advice?
