I recently received a quite sizable offer from them, however, it also is not the most highly ranked program. I have been accepted to a few top 10 programs. Does anyone know anything? Or have any thoughts about this program?

Do you think I should assume a rejection if I have not heard back from them by now? I called the office today and the admin said that they should be sending out letters next week. She said they had a late start and some "complications."
