UT Arlington NCSU PhD 2013 -has anyone heard back yet?

Hey,

 

I was wondering if anyone on here has applied and heard back from:

 

Urban Planning and Public Policy PhD at UT Arlington-Feb 1st Deadline

 

and/or

 

Design PhD at NCSU-Jan 5th Deadline

 

I completed my application for NCSU in October and was able to complete the one at UT Arinligton in March (some missing docs had to be submitted)

 

Is it safe to say that I've been waitlisted in both because I haven't heard from them yet!

 

The wait is making me quite anxious!
