yazan1987 Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 I have been admitted for both A&M and Uni of Arizona for PHD in Electrical Engineering A&M : No RA offer Arizona : RA offer Im not decided yet ...... I want to go to A&M on my own expense, coz A&M is teir 1 Engineering school ??!! Any advice or suggestion ?!!
