Hello! I just accepted an offer for admission into the Biomedical Sciences Doctoral Portal at VCU. Anyone else out there joining me fall 2013?

Hey! I just interviewed with the program on Feb 16, 2018, for admission [fall intake]. I haven't received an offer as yet. Is that a bad sign? Could you tell me a bit about how they select candidates for admission after interviews? Like what criteria they look at and stuff? P.S: I'm an international applicant (if that matters).
