Hi all,

I was admitted to two masters programs (no funding for both) and I can't really decide which one to pick.

1. University of Southern California, EEVL MS program.

2. University of Pennsylvania, MSE in Electrical Engineering program.

My research interests are on: IC fabrication, nanomaterials/ nanostructures, 3D IC.

Right now I am leaning towards USC because of its higher ranking (14th for EE vs 32 for Upenn) and its location. But the thing that is holding me back is  ... Upenn is also a very reputable ivy league school with good nanotechnology research.

In the future, I am also planning on getting either a PhD or an MBA, which I haven't really make up my mind yet.

I would appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks!!
