Penn State V/s Rutgers

Hi,

I recently got admitted into the PSM (Professional Science Masters) program at Penn State and at Rutgers

They both have similar curriculum, research options and internships. However Campus wise I am drawn to Penn State and location wise, to Rutgers

Any suggestions?
