Endangered Languages; who pays a good fund for them?

Hi. I am working on Tati language, an endangered and traditional language of Iran. Who can help me find countries, universities, and professors who work on endangered languages and pay a good fund for PhD applicants who deal with these languages, specially Tati language?

Check out the University of Hawaii at Manoa. They have good funding options for PhD students, and endangered languages are a major focus of the department. Also, U of Oregon, CU Boulder, and UC Santa Barbara are worth checking into.
