I've also applied for Curriculum and Instruction Program in Boston College Lynch School of Education, but haven't heard anything from them so far. Do you know if they have informed all rejections and acceptences? if yes, how do they notify rejections?

I am not sure. I think they were still "finalizing the cohort" (PhD) as of about a week ago -- not sure what that means exactly. I heard about my acceptance about one month ago. They had an orientation for newly admitted doc students last week.
