Personally I have applied at CMU and haven't heard anything. I saw a post for Boston yesterday where somebody was invited for an interview. As far as I know, the math department has such a PhD program concentrated in math finance with its own qualifies exams. I applied this program, but nothing yet.
hedgequant Posted February 18, 2011 Posted February 18, 2011 I was invited to BC for an interview for PhD in FInance. I also have a rejection from Yale. No word from the other 11 schools, though some seem to have begun the interview process, such as Stanford.
