[M.Arch]UT Austin MArch 2 or WUSTL MArch 2+

I'm hesitating about these two schools. I accepted the admission of UT Austin's MArch 2(Urban Design area of specialization) before but some days ago, Washington University in St. Louis gave me an email saying I was off the wait list and was admitted to MArch 2+ with $17000 Tuition Remission Scholarship.

So I don't know whether I could still decline the previous offer and accept WUSTL? If so, I'm considering which school to go. I learnt architecture in undergraduate school, so I might prefer architecture to urban design. However, WashU takes 2.5 years while UT Austin only takes 1.5 to 2 years. I would also like to know whether this MArch(Urban Design area of specialization) is somehow related to architecture?

 

I'm an international student. So I don't know much about these two schools.Could you guys give me some advice?
