CHRISPY7 Posted May 3, 2013 Posted May 3, 2013 I am trying to make a decision between the two programs. Both for BME- PITT is professional MS (without thesis) in Medical Device Innovation, and Brown with thesis. I want to focus on neural engineering and rehabilitation. I know both schools are pretty solid in terms of their neural engineering and I have been making a list but was not anticipating having to choose between the two. If anyone could shed further light on the programs or their experiences it would be greatly appreciated!
CHRISPY7 Posted May 15, 2013 Author Posted May 15, 2013 Any advice on the matter would really help. I know Pitt has a great BME program but the Medical Device Innovation track is relatively new. And although I am planning on going into Industry, I am also considering PhD and I had previously planned on at least doing research for my MS (in my opinion all the research I have done has given me a much greater understanding of my field, which is very important to me). So again, if anyone has any experience or information on these programs it would be really helpful, thanks!
