CUNY - Rhetoric and Composition

Hey all, I'm going to be a senior in college this year, pursuing a degree in English. I'm planning on applying to a few graduate Rhetoric and Composition programs, including CUNY. I can't find the answer to this on their website but, will I have to take the English GRE subject test even if I'm applying for Rhetoric and Comp? You don't have to for most other schools, but I can't seem to find an answer for CUNY. Anyone have any idea?

I'd suggest just calling the department--the secretaries are usually pretty helpful and they'll give you a better/quicker answer than anyone here probably would.

I'm not 100% certain, but I believe that the answer is yes, they require the subject test.
