Wayne State University MA program in Rhet and Comp

Hi. Does anyone know about this program at Wayne State. I believe they have a good English Department, but I know nothing and there's not a whole lot their website about the comp/rhet program.

 

My goal is to teach writing at a community college, freelance, and also find the opportunity to do editing. Regarding the latter, is it common for graduates of comp/rhet to get into editing. It seems that most people (organizations) want people familiar with--PhD--in the subject area.
