MS mechanical with GRE 317 (Q-168/V-149) & CGPA-9.1

I am mechanical engg graduate from NITK surathkal.
I am planning for MS program in Mechanical Engineering.
My GRE score is 317 (168 in quants, 149 in verbal and 4 in awa). Yet to give TOEFL.
My undergraduate CGPA is 9.1/10.00.

No publications.

Under graduation major project in the field of heat transfer. (experimentation part conducted at IITb).

Have done a 1-month summer internship in a manufacturing firm.

Work-ex of 2 years (till present) in petroleum sector.

I have shortlisted some universities for applying for Fall 2014. Can you please help me to select which universities to apply?
