Looking for info on Dalhousie's Bachelor of Social Work Program (Canada)

Hi Guys, I know this is a Master's Social Work Forum, but I am considering going the Bachelor to Masters route at Dalhousie and wondering if most people applying for Social work have an undergrad in the same discipline?

 

With Dal, I understand that if you already have an undergraduate degree (I have an Honours degree in Child & Youth Study) that you can do the bachelor program in two years and then apply to the Masters after getting some  work experience. I am wondering what the competition is like for the Bachelor of Social work at Dal. And also, what different types of jobs are available for each program?
