Bioethics Programs

Anyone know of good Bioethics programs? Most of the schools, like Johns Hopkins and Case Western Reserve, seem geared towards policy, and I'm into theory.

If you are interested in european schools I suggest checking out King's College London Bioethics & Society Postgraduate Programme. 
I am also interested in Bioethics so I will apply KCL.
