Where are my chances?

My GRE scores really screwed up unluckily

 

Verbal: 145

Quantative: 162

 

However my Toefl score is pretty good: 110

 

I am currently pursuing M.Tech Integrated in Engineering Physics from IIT-BHU

and have published a paper on DNA rupture and might have one more by next year

 

I want to pursue a PhD in Computational Biophysics from Physics department

 

What are my chances in US and please suggest some colleges in US and other countries where I can get a PhD

What is your physics gre score? That is infinitely more important.
