Can Interfolio be used only for 1LOR while rest sent thru univ app system?

I'd really appreciate a reply for this.

 

I want to know - is it possible that I use each individual university application system to send out everything else, but just for 1 recommender out of 3, i use interfolio?

 

Or is that if I am using Interfolio for 1 recommender, that means the entire application for that univ will have to be sent using interfolio?
