by my caculations there was 14,400 in the tank. so i would say abcd.

for the first question.......... a,b,c,d....... if the tank  is emptied completely after 8 hours completely....  we have 3600 * 0.5* 8 = 14400 ounces, thus i think the amount will be less than 14400ounce...........since it empties before 8pm ( it could be 7.39 pm , 12.01pm ......we dont know).....the secon question should be E.
