PhD in Software Engineering

I am writing this post to get guidance on the chances of my success at Phd SE programs in US and canada.

 

- BE in Electronics, Instrumentation and Control

- GPA - 7/10

- Work Ex as java devloperand software consultant - 5.5 years in India

- GRE 312 - (165 Q, 147 V)

- Given few professional presentations in the domain of interest and have written blogs too

 

What kind of Univs should I target i US and Canada? Specificaly i want to ask what are the chance to get through UNC Chapel hill/Charolte and NCSU?
