anon_stars Posted October 30, 2013 Posted October 30, 2013 Hi, I am wondering how much of a factor having a JD from a t10 law school (law review, order of coif, etc) might play in admissions into a philosophy grad program in several years. I ask because I am going into my third year of law school and am trying to size up my long term options. I think I would like to do a PhD at some point down the line. Any thoughts?
philstudent1991 Posted October 31, 2013 Posted October 31, 2013 hard to imagine it would hurt...just me tho. if you're at a t10 school, chances are they have a top philosophy department as well. Definitely try to take a class or two, or at least audit.
