ajudkins Posted November 4, 2013 Posted November 4, 2013 After receiving my score, I managed to only send my score to one school before the system redirected me to the end page. I told the staff there about the problem but they said they can do nothing about it because system error is out of their control. What do you think I should do? I don't want to pay for things that I am supposed to get for free. Should I give ETS a phone call?

They ended up just not answering me at all about it. This is in addition to my test freezing twice for about 10 seconds on the final portion. The testing center in my town needs to be shut down.

I gave ETS a phone call and they let me send my scores for free to ONE institution. Only one. A bit disappointing but that is better than nothing I guess.
