education grad schools

i'm trying to decide between teacher education programs at NYU-steinhardt & columbia's teachers college. i've been accepted into the MA in science ed (licensure) programs at both. TC's reputation is just so damn good, but i'm wondering if their teacher ed programs deserve the same reputation. i'd love to hear any insights you all might have. thanks!
