I applied and I'm still waiting...

However, I got a postcard in the mail stating that it takes 8-10 weeks to review applications, but I already got the same thing in an email in JANUARY?? WTF??? I hope this doesn't mean that they will be delayed too!

I never received a postcard, just the email...I asked them when they would notify applicants and they said mid April, but I think they are supposed to conduct telephone interviews first?
