Deergus
Hi, Most programs in MIT clearly state that only international applicants are required to take the IELTS/TOEFL. However, there's some discrepancy when it comes to ESD admission: 1. The application itself states: IELTS should be taken by international applicants. 2. The FAQ and the ESD website says: IELTS scores, for non-native speakers of English. I'm kind of hesitant to bring it up before the department's admissions, as it would be very difficult to have the test in time for admission (still need to take the GRE). However, I wouldn't want my application to be rejected over a technicality. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, D
