decision made..wont tell me through email or phone..

Is it bad that I called to ask about my status and they won't tell me over the phone? I asked if I could receive it by email or come in myself (I live nearby) to get the decision, but they told me they would just resend the "decision letter." I also had emailed the director of my program (last week) and never got a response.. admissions told me the original decision letter was sent 3/12 -

all of these things together - - do they sounds good/bad/neutral????

They probably have a policy in place so don't sweat it.

Do you know if anyone else has been accepted by this department, and whether they were accepted via phone, email, or letter? If they were accepted by phone or email, and the department is citing policy as a reason why you can only get your letter via mail, I would say bad.

Otherwise, neutral.
