Hi, Just starting out a page for those applying to, and now waiting to hear from schools about their PhD applications. I work on issues of distributed generation of electricity, renewable energy, energy access and rural development and have applied to 5 programmes. My proposed areas of study are governance and finance. Look forward to hearing from others working on similar things!
