Average profile and UIUC Electrical MS EE Admission Fall 2014

I am an international student from Pakistan seeking admission in subject program. I have a mediocre profile. 74% at undergrad. Q740 V620 Five years of non research experience. I have funding from an organization in my country. Heard nothing from professors at UIUC. Research track power and energy systems. Is there any hope for me? Situation not good but any comments will be appreciated
