Sending another feeler to see if anyone applied for the Ford Dissertation Fellowship for writing up your research in the 2014-15 year. Any news? Updates? Best of luck!

 I've applied for the Dissertation Fellowship being offered.  Here's a link to some fact sheets for all three.  I think I read somewhere on this site that people usually get notification around April.  So, you might have a little longer to wait to hear anything.    I'll be sure to post if I hear anything before April.

I posted in the other Ford forum on here just now but my friend got a Ford DissFell acceptance notification today 3/21 during the work day hours EST. 

 

Time to obsess anxiously. Good luck to us all!

Hi all,

 

I just received a notification regarding the 2014-2015 Ford Foundation Dissertation Fellowship. I was awarded honorable mention. The letter stated that 35 fellowships were available for 640 applicants.
