UofL Graduate Admissions Application Status

Hello everyone,

 

I have PhD application in the university of Louisville, in EE program,

But, I have something in my application status that I don't understand

I found the following :

 

Program Action

Defer Decision

 

Action Rsn

Referred to International Cntr

 

I don't understand what does this mean, and I didn't take any action

can anyone help ?

I received an email stating that I have been recommended for admission from the international center.

So, I think that the action meant that It was delayed till the international center decides.
