Greetings, all:

I'm a (very) non-trad applicant to the U of MN English PhD program.  Have seen applicants receiving notifications regarding acceptance/rejection, but my status still reads, "Awaiting Program Decision."  Anyone else out there in the same boat and also in a panic?  (Yes, even we non-trads with MAs who have been teaching in the field for 6 years have anxiety, panic, depression, frustration... you name it.  It never ends).  When should we start to really worry?

I'm the same boat!  I don't know what to think about it and I just keep telling myself to be patient.  Perhaps they go through the applications in batches at U of MN and just haven't gotten to us yet.  At least we haven't received a rejection!

Got my decision today.  Unfortunately, it wasn't good news for me, just a short letter saying I was not accepted.  Also, I didn't receive any email notification, simply discovered this by checking the website.  The link was all the way down on the bottom of the page.

I noticed many folks recently got put on the waiting list.  Best of luck to you!

I was waitlisted yesterday. Results seem to be coming in drips and drabs. On another thread here someone said they were finishing up the first round stuff this week, but that Minnesota typically makes a good amount of admits in the second round.
