SJSU and CBEST

Generally with the CBEST, it's only important if you pass it; I haven't heard of anyone needing to see the actual score.

With SJSU, you do need to send your score report (so they'll see your score) but the FAQ clarifies that it's a state requirement, not something the school is specifically looking at.

Once you've passed all sections of the CBEST, you don't have to take it again. It's a basic skills requirement but most schools (SJSU) don't need to see a min score, just a PASS.
