I recently gave my GRE and got 163Q and 151V (English is not my first language). My gpa is not very good. Its 2.94 but the grading system in my university was really very tough.. (No A-, B-, C- grades..only A, B+, B, C+, C and D).

Undergrad Uni QS Ranking in 300's

I want to pursue my Masters in Power Systems, Renewable Energy or Biomedical Engineering from US or Canada.

I would be very thankful to you people if the knowledge heads of this forum could help me in shortlisting universities where i could possibly get admission and maybe some percentage of fees being waived off.

Looking forward to your replies..Thanks!!!!!!!
