UT Health Science Center - Houston v.s. U of Iowa

Hello everyone, 

 

I have tried to search all kinds of opinions about the two schools and hope that someone could give me some guidance or suggestion to choose between both. I applied for PhD in Management and Policy at UT Health Science Center at Houston, and PhD in Health Services and Policy at U of Iowa, respectively. My interest mainly focuses on policy and data analysis and my track of study in the future would be health economics. I am wondering if someone who is familiar with any of the programs could share some information in terms of the research focus, the placement, financial aid, or advantages and disadvantages in each program.
