I am an international student from India and I received my admits for Penn (december) and Imperial (early jan).

At Penn, I was admitted into the Master of Biotechnology program while at Imperial I was admitted into the MSc in Advanced Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology program.

At Penn, the concentration I was admitted into was the Biopharma concentration, which however I am allowed to change on arrival there. At Imperial I am required to take 4 modules from the BIO component, 2 from the industrial and business side and 4 Chemical components.

As it stands, I have accepted the admission at Penn and rejected Imperial. However, I remain in a position where I can alter my decision. I already have my i20 for Penn.

I am facing quite a dilemma regarding what to do. How do these two schools rank up against each other? How do the programs rank up against each other too?

Thanks in advance for any help given.
