Should I wait for offer from other universities?

I am an international student and I got admission in MS Statistics program at Temple University, Fox School of Business without any financial support. Please friends tell me something about the job placements, internship, career services, scope of this program and university. Should I accept their offer or I should wait for results of other universities. How much of time I needed for I-20 and F1 Visa? When should I start my I-20 process so that I can join classes in August 2014?

I don't know about the visa stuff, but I would hold out a little longer to hear from other programs. What if you accepted at Temple and then got a fully funded offer somewhere else?
