Carleton Unversity Public Administration vs Waterloo Public Service

Hello,

 

 

I got accepted to both programs the Carleton university M.A public admin as well as Waterloo Public Service

 

the Carleton program is the best policy school, however, waterloo has the best co-op program which should I pick ?

 

furthermore, Carleton also has co-op option in the federal government,

 

 

Waterloo has a new program but they have an 8 month co-op program and their structure is geared toward finding full time

 

so any advice ?
