Has anyone heard back from UIC if they got in yet?

I've heard back from a couple schools but I'm definitely interested in attending school in the city in the fall. However, I want to start looking for housing wherever I will be going and if it's Chicago, thats something I want to do sooner than later.

Does anyone have an idea about when they start to let prospects know if they were accepted or not?

THANK YOU :)

No, I applied in mid-January.  They have been horrible during the application process as well (and I went there for undergrad!).  I have heard they take their sweet time - I'm not expecting a decision for the next few weeks to a month.  Sorry to be a downer.

Bummer.. that really stinks for people who will be moving from other states to attend there lol.

Well hopefully they will let us all know soon :)

GOOD LUCK and thank you for your input!!

I called the admissions office a bit ago (late January I think) and they said I should hear back in April or May. I read somewhere that in past years many people didn't hear back until June.

Sadly, no, I haven't heard back from them either. I e-mailed last week because I've heard from the other schools I've applied to, and they just said "Sorry, we have not made a decision yet."

It is definitely frustrating--I have to make decisions very soon, and it's likely they will not have even given me a yes or no.

I wish you luck!

Hi guys,

I received a decision in early Feb, I wasn't accepted which was fine it wasn't one of my top choices. I also applied in October/ November if that helps. Hope you guys hear back soon!! Good luck! :)
