Whelp. I can't believe I'm actually starting one of these. I'm trying to decide between AU (US foreign policy), Syracuse (MAIR), and LSE (MSc Global Politics). I'm really interested in a career in policy development and think tank work.

Maybe this is too general a question, but does anybody have any thoughts?

For a career in policy development, probably AU given it's in DC. Do you plan to get a PhD? If so, LSE could be a good choice. A lot of more advanced think tank positions require a PhD, but if you just wanted to do policy, the connections at AU would probably be more useful. A big part of it is what school you feel is a good fit though.
