tajn Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 Hi Everyone,I am fairly new to the world of statistics as I work mainly in the clinical field. I have a query regarding which statistical test I should use for my data. I have 37 patients, 3 of which experienced a total of 6 complications in hospital. 34 patients therefore experienced zero complications. Which statistical test would I use validate the argument that if you experience one complication, you are more likely to experience another? Similarly I have another data set where 9 people underwent a procedure, 1 patient experienced 2 complications. If you could shed some light on how I go about this it would be very much appreciated! Thanks so much,
