UIC or Northeastern

I have a Fulbright scholarship and I have applied to many universities but my local Fulbright office gave me two choices and I have to order them based on my preference:

1- Northeastern University (Master in Telecommunications Systems Management) http://www.coe.neu.edu/gse/sc_tsm_ms.html

2- UIC ( University of Illinois at Chicago) (Master in Electrical and Computer Engineering)

what do you think about both programs?

I can tell you that UIC has a very good reputation for engineering. I work with many UIC grads, and several of the managers of my company got their masters at UIC and have gone on to have very successful careers. You probably can't go wrong with either, but thumbs-up for UIC.
