Hunter apartment - roommate

Hi everyone,

 

I might possibly be looking for a room mate when I start at Hunter this fall.  I am advanced standing, so it would be for a year.

 

I was thinking of the Miles - which is on 121st and Lexington - only a few blocks from Hunter's SW building.  The rent is about $2200 for a two bedroom, with ALL utilities included, so it would be about $1100 each.

 

I've contacted them already, and they said it's too early to tell if there will be availability, but it is likely.  They will be contacting me in June.
