As an international students applying for bioinformatics M.S in 2014 fall, I've got a problem choosing between these two school. Indiana University Bloomington's computer science and biology seem to be better, but as my track focus on bioinformatics which Case Western Reserve has a System Biology&Bioinformatics Center for my program. I do want to pursue a PhD after my M.S program, but I do not want to study only techniques which to be used to analyze omics data. As an interdiscipline of biology and computer science, bioinformatics in my eyes can do much beyond omics data analysis and biology network. From the web from IUB, I know that there locate few centers such as cognitive science and Next Generation Sequence, so the opportunity to explore biological problems based on computer science is not less than it in Case Western Reserve University.

The April 15th is coming soon, and IUB's offering Financial Aid kind of attracts me. Can someone answer my questions? Thanks a lot.By the way, I also got an admit from GeorgeTown University M.S degree, but it is rooted under the Molecular &Biochemistry which I do not want to go, if someone knows well about the detail, help me please!
