Not sure if a year back affects my profile badly

Hi,

I am a student of Computer Science and Engineering from NIT,Durgapur,India. I have scored 323 (Q:170,V:153,AWA:3.5) in my GRE but unfortunately I fell seriously ill and could not attend sufficient classes to be permitted to sit for my semester examination. As a result I am forced to repeat my senior year on account of short attendance. My academics is 66%. I am very worried is to how badly will this affect my profile. I wish to apply mainly in the US. Please Help!
