MS in EE at Ohio State or MS in CS at UCF

Hi,

 I intend to become a leading researcher in the field of computer vision. Till now, I have got admits from Ohio State University for MS in EE and from UCF for MS in CS. I have got no financial aid for these admits as well. After my MS, I am planning to do PhD in the same field.

 

 Please suggest which option is better ? Which university provides good research exposure to their graduate students which makes them to pursue cutting edge research during their PhD ?
