Haven't heard a peep. What does it mean?

It's been a while since I applied to the grad program. I have heard back from others and have until May 1st to reply and accept/reject. I thought at this point I would hear from this one school. I know others have heard from them and been accepted (don't know about rejections).

But I haven't heard a peep! I know they got my application, I did get an email weeks ago that they had it and would be reviewing it (generic application complete email). I sent an email to admissions and an admissions director days ago, but never got a response.

Should I call? I'm literally going insane right now.

Was going insane here too, had not received any news from any of my schools. This morning emailed and heard back from two, both acceptance! Good luck, hope you hear some good news today.

I would call. It's reasonable to ask for an update, and at the worst they can just tell you to wait more. I waited for a month to contact a school, and it turns out they sent the acceptance letter to my building without my apartment number. Should have asked sooner.
