UCSD IR/PS Nomination?

Hello everyone,

 

 

           I accidentally posted this question in the wrong area, like an idiot. Anyways I hadn't heard back from UCSD's MPIA program until today, when I called them to ask about the status of my application. The admissions office informed me that I had been nominated and my application had been sent to the Office of Graduate Studies. When I asked if that was a good thing, they told me "yes." Yet, I still have no idea what this means. Does anyone know if this means that my application is still under review and can be rejected? Or does it mean I have been admitted and they' just haven't gotten around to sending a letter yet? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, it has been driving me crazy!
